Aaron Wingate
Founder and Head Trainer
With a Cambridge CELTA English teaching certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Business (BBus), Aaron has been shaping the landscape of language learning since 2010. Specializing in corporate language training, he helps professionals improve their pronunciation, reduce accents, and enhance speaking skills for confident communication with native English speakers.
Aaron began his teaching career in Auckland, New Zealand, where he earned his CELTA certification and taught adult learners at top language schools. It was there he discovered his passion for pronunciation and practical speaking skills—laying the foundation for his specialized approach today.
In 2014, he moved to Canada, where he continued refining his teaching style. When the pandemic shifted learning online, he embraced the transition, expanding his reach globally and launching his own private tutoring business.
As an avid traveler who has visited over 25 countries, Aaron brings a truly global perspective to his work. His firsthand experience with different cultures and communication styles allows him to deeply understand the challenges non-native English speakers face—helping him connect with professionals from all backgrounds.

Nele Huntemann
Operations Manager
Nele holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Management and has over 1900 hours of experience as a German language instructor, in addition to being a certified English teacher.
Her role at Fluentforwork.com is centered around keeping everything running smoothly—she manages our day-to-day operations and helps ensure we deliver a high-quality learning experience for every client.
Fluent in English (C2) and German (native), and with a working knowledge of Spanish (B2), Nele brings a practical, multilingual perspective to everything from student support to platform coordination and quality assurance. Her past experience as a nurse adds a thoughtful, organized approach to her work.
